Two things that simply don’t go together: A man trying to concentrate on reading his book and the local idiot babbling about nothing next to him. If there was any situation for an individual to carry mace or a taser, this would be the reason. But would I completely empty the canister? Maybe keep my finger on the trigger a little longer than usual? You bet your sweet ass I would!
